A Horehound Bug, one of many observed on a patch of White Horehound (Marrubium vulgare) in Dunolly State Forest.

The medicinal properties of the White Horehound plant have been known for many centuries in Europe. It was introduced by early settlers to Australia where it is now considered a weed.
